Return Policy
At Haus of Dimensions, every product is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our production process, we maintain a limited return policy.
RETURNS
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement of the product, or
-
Refund to the original payment method
Resolutions are provided at the discretion of Haus of Dimensions after review.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

Made-to-order products

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that occur due to handcrafted production

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins shortly after confirmation.
