ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Since our products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 days, depending on your location and courier service availability. You will be able to track the order via the link shared on email, WhatsApp or SMS.

In case of delays due to public holidays, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed and ensure the fastest possible delivery.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All items at Haus of Dimensions are made to order. This allows us to maintain quality and craftsmanship across everything we create.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins soon after confirmation.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you promptly and issue a refund to your original payment method.
